Our Story 

Hello,

My name is Bill Novack. My son James and I run a small remodeling company. My son runs our remodeling division, and I handle the water treatment side of things.

My wife Mary and I live out in rural Lake County, Florida, and several years ago, we wanted to upgrade our water treatment system. We have very hard water, and the system we had was not removing all of the iron. The sinks, showers, dishwasher, and washing machine had rust stains that were becoming more difficult to remove as time went by. So, I called several water treatment companies for estimates, and I was blown away by some of the estimates and strong-armed sales pressers we received.

As a contractor, I was very familiar with the cost of the equipment and what was involved in its installation, so I decided to purchase and install the equipment myself. That was when I decided to add treatment equipment to our remodeling company. I want to offer people the ability to have clean, healthy water in their homes at a fair price—being sold only what they need without being accosted by a high-pressure salesperson.
